I believe birthers have the right to choose how, when, and where they give birth. I support and encourage a person's right to make informed decisions about their care and strive to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all families as they bring their baby earth-side, and beyond.

Hi! My name is Kenzie, I am a full-spectrum doula, and I am so happy you're here!
Working with The Valley Doula's,
I vow to bring both warmth and expertise to your journey of pregnancy, and childbirth. I specialize in providing emotional, physical, and evidence-based informational support; guiding you in creating the birth story of your dreams. In this season, I believe in your right to autonomy and choice.
My commitment to maternal mental health is at the heart of my practice, ensuring that every birthing person feels empowered and celebrated. As a mother who has navigated my own mental health struggles, I understand firsthand the challenges of becoming a parent, and the uncertainty of what will come. With the right support network in place, I was able to flourish during my transition into motherhood, which ignited a passion for helping others do the same. I firmly believe that with the right village, you have the opportunity to thrive, and I am privileged to be a crucial member of that village for you.

OFFERING A RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDING PRENATAL EDUCATION, BIRTH, AND POSTPARTUM SUPPORT. I WORK COLLABORATIVELY WITH FAMILIES TO PROVIDE COMPASSIONATE, FAMILY-CENTRED SUPPORT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE CHILDBIRTH EXPERIENCE.
BIRTH PACKAGE
INVESTMENT $1700.00 (payment plans available)
- Email & text support in pregnancy & up to 6 weeks
- Reserved spot in My Powerful Birth 6 week prenatal education classes with Brenna, and Grace
- 1 in-home prenatal
- Monthly check-in video calls available upon request during pregnancy.
- 24/7 on-call support at 38 wks
- Virtual support during early labor (text, calls, video).
- Continuous in-person support during active labor.
- 1-3 hours of post-birth assistance w/ feeding, settling in, & questions.
- 1 PP visit w/ meal & sourdough, resources & birth debriefing
POST PARTUM SUPPORT
INVESTMENT $45.00/hr
4 HOUR SHIFTS MAX
(Can be purchased independently, or in addition to any service package.)
Post Partum support includes light house-hold chores, baby-wearing education, and the opportunity for the birther to get some rest.
